A big thank you to the Fannin County Library for hosting me Aug. 24 for a presentation on the history of the Appalachian Trail, a quick look at my section hike and some information about the Georgia Appalachian Trail Club. My presentation was attended by 42 people and they had great questions about the trail, my hike, food safety and other trail stuff.

My talk was coincidently on the one-year anniversary of the day I completed my hike up in Maine. Brought back lots of memories!

I will be giving more of these presentations in the coming months.
